Earlier this year my wife and I wanted to remodel our master bathroom. We brought in 4 companies ( all referred by friends ) When the Alure design team came to my house we quickly realized that they were not just a few guys who would do the work ( and farm out some of the work.. like electric for example ) but a full end to end remodeling company where they were responsible for all the work, from start to finish. Their design team worked with my wife and I to come up with the bathroom that we wanted rather than the bathroom that was the easiest and cheapest to do. When we signed the contract, there was not a doubt in the world that we made the right decision picking Alure even with them costing more than the others we looked at. Their crew from gutting to painting were professional, neat and the workmanship ( I had a lot of out of the box custom work ) was impeccable. We were thrilled with how it came out and what impresses us even more is after the job was complete and we paid the balance, we got a personal phone call from the CEO Sal Ferro who wanted to make sure we were happy with the project and to let him know if there was any issue that we could call him directly. That was great that a large outfit like Alure to have a CEO who wants to make sure his customers are happy. We have recommended Alure to others we know and will continue to use them on any projects we plan on doing in the future.
