My company has had me on business since late August and I have come to know this hotel as my Dallas home away from home. I began my journey by staying at a different hotel each time I came out here and quickly learned that this hotel is by far the best!
Sure, the valet could be a bit more organized, but they know me by name and on Sunday evenings, Esteban is there to greet me when I check in. Damon greets me with football talk in the mornings and Godfrey always ensures that I have a great day.
At Monduel's Javier busts his tail to ensure quality service and Michael is always providing drink recommendations. Upstairs in the five sixty bar, Jared also makes excellent recommendations for places to see around town.
I've never had to ask for my room to be cleaned, even when I have asked them to come back later. If you don't want a room on the train side, they will gladly accomodate and vice versa (I prefer the city side, train and all).
I have earned platinum status at this hotel and plan to continue to the next level, until the end of my stay next year. The staff is friendly, but not overbearing. The food options are great. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is spotless. Most importantly I feel at home. I wouldn't consider another hotel and I most definitely will recommend this one to everyone I know.
