Incapable of fulfilling the simplest orders. Called in an order for chips with veggie chili and queso. Picked up, got all the way across town, and all I had was a bowl of gravy.

Called to let them know of the first mistake and that I would be back to pick it up. The manager came out to talk to me and we verified with the counter person that this was veggie chili with queso. Got back all the way across town, and I had regular chili with queso.

Called to let them know about the second mistake and asked how they were going to make it right. To their credit, they did finally fulfill the order properly and also issued a refund, but I will never go back.

TL;DR - go to Newk's instead.
