I was brought in for chest pains via ambulance and immediately received care. Every step of the ordeal was explained to me to keep me calm and informed. every staff member was genuinely friendly and constantly asked if I had any needs. Not a sour face to be found. I feel I recieved a very high level of care and follow up advice. Thank you all.
