Save your time and just order from the retailer online... I wish I did. I ordered Hoka on 12/23 and its 1/9 and I still have not received my shoes. They didn't have my size in store so I ordered in-store pickup thinking they would be here in 5-8 business days. The reason why I am rating a 2 is because I received no tracking information and calling the store is PAINFUL process. Every time you call they state "Sorry, we are really busy" and you are put on hold for 10 minutes and forward you to someone else and you are put on hold again. I'm sorry I understand its holiday season and it is busy but it should not take that long and hold should not be needed to look up an order. Its simple. I will not be coming back to Fleet Fleet and and I will be ordering straight from the retailer in the future.
