I was really disappointed with my experience at Holland Studio. The older lady at the front desk was unprofessional. I have had to drive to Holland multiple times because each time I call or speak to an employee they give conflicting information. Today I wanted to look at my son's pictures. No other customers were in the studio but I was told there were not enough employees there to sit with me. Prior to driving there I called and asked if I needed to make an appointment to see my picture. I was told I did not. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of good customer service and do not recommend them at all.
