So very disappointed with this hotel
I posted a review few months back
First of all the reply a month later
And when i do email them as i was asked no response at all. I tried emailing them again and still no response.
Why post a reply with an email adress if you are not willing to respond back to an email.
I used to like the hilton but after this treatment

The reception staff are super freindly
Was there for a week and kinda disappointed with few things
First of all we were supposed to have king suite but we ended up with 2 double beds....
They discounted the parking for us which was nice of them....
Then we had an issue with towels...they were dirty few times...it looks like they were not being changed ...just folded and put back....we spoke to the reciption about it and as an apology they fully took off the cost of parking for the week.
Another issue was the water in the middle of the shower the water was getting hot and less not sure why.
At a hotel like this these issues shouldn't happen
With all that being said i still liked the service of staff they were nice and responded to the issues quickly
But i dont think i would come back to this hotel again
