Nobody seems to be able to operate the telephones....

Nobody seems to be able to operate the telephones. Been trying unsuccessfully to get through to the restaurant and was cut off twice. Phone was answered by kitchen/cleaning staff who cut me off and then called back several times, and nobody bothers to answer the telephone.....terrible
