I called Kia Canada on 01/03/19 and I had a pleasure of speaking with Joe. I just wanted to express how happy I am with the help he provided me, I've never had such a pleasant, helpful and polite customer service specialist before. He was able to answer all my questions with genuine interest in helping me. This was just a very positive first phone call to Kia Canada and I am very glad I chose to buy a Kia and have a great team I can call in case I ever need help with anything. Thank you Joe and Kia!
