Rafael was great. He never pushed me to look at cars above the price range I was comfortable with. Very friendly and personable. I would have given 5 stars but the finance manager (Matthew) was not as pleasant. When I chose not to purchase extended warranties/gap coverage he became very rude. I believe he realized his behavior because SURPRISE, he suddenly found a lender with an even better interest rate for me.
