These people are dishonest and have terrible customer service. They sold a defective screen when I took it back they said it was pressure damage. The screen wasn't even put into the phone it still has all the stickers and packaging what pressure ? . they do not take responsibility and shift blame. They also lie and give you a different trade-in value on the buy back program when you sell back damaged oem screens. I'm sure they are going to reply with a massive lie. Please do not shop from these crooks. They are super nice until you have a problem then they change and treat you like garbage. I was fooled by them but I hope you can learn from my mistakes
