Wonderful service and fair prices. We switched over to Peterson Salt a few years ago when our softener needed repair -- we have been incredibly happy with them, both for service/repair and also for salt delivery.

Everyone I deal with, whether in person or on the phone, is friendly, courteous and respectful -- and their prices for both salt delivery and service/repair are very good. PLUS they have a choice of sizes of bags of salt - so we now get the smaller 25 lb bags, just perfect for those of us who aren't spring chickens anymore!!!

When we moved into our house many years ago we bought a new softener from a different company (large well-known name starts with "C") and had them deliver salt, but their service was awful and their prices were so high! We started hauling our own salt (not fun -- 40 lbs is a lot!) for a few years, but when we needed repair a few years ago we wanted to find a smaller, local company, and thankfully, we found Peterson Salt! We have been happy ever since. I really like the way they do business!
