2020 edit: after having a costly repair done on 2 displays that went out on a relatively new car (2016), the odometer read exactly 50,000 - this could be an overestimate of my actual mileage. It seems to odd to be a coincidence. I tried to contact them afterwards, but haven t heard anything in a week or so. I d hope after spending over $1500 on that one repair that I could get some answers.

I ve done business with Bob Allen before. The reason I keep coming back is the knowledgeable sales staff, the service department, and all other staff. Jerome Tolliver helped us with our latest purchase. The guy isn t pushy and listens to his customers needs. Bob Allen was the first place we stopped, and after seeing similar cars at other dealerships, the Bob Allen experience is was had us coming back.
