This court system needs a class action lawsuit
I can only say this court is a joke and encourage every single person to file a compliant against the court. I think it is clearly a case of discrimination. Who is getting the run around and whose children are being denied what they are legally entitled to. This court encourages generational poverty and is discriminatory in the gender, minority, income status of petitioners and their children. It is wild to me that respondents simply don't show up and a place of law acts hogtied to do anything but tell petitioners to spend money they don't have on lawyers for super simple nonpayment cases or accept the trash ass, cry baby, subpar free legal services available and be in 15 minute video hearings for a year. Honestly, I am really interested in starting a class action lawsuit against my family courts, because what the give respondents and what they think we should accept and our children should receive is less than what is morally and legally acceptable.
