Ascent manages our building in North Surrey and as a Strata President, I have no complaints. Our previous strata managers were 50/50 for performance, but our current strata manager Cynthia is great, 100 percent great. Timely communication, professional conduct, and overall pleasant experience working with Cynthia and Ascent.
