Called Saturday Sept 2nd and left a message requesting to be contacted about scheduling service. It's the 11th and I've heard nothing back. Glad its a casual maintenance issue and I didn't need help right away. Will schedule service with another business that cares about customer service and knows how to return a call.

Note - my original yelp review posted above that was removed when the business complained I was not a customer of theirs. Let's see if they can get this one removed too.
