rented......tried to extend the rental and was told that the weekly or monthly rate would be the same as the daily rate times 7 or times 30. They would not work with me on the rate even though they showed a weekly rate online. In order to get the weekly rate, I would need to make a new reservation and bring the existing car back and go through the entire process. Ridiculous. (and they were not professional and courteous about it). Even when I picked up the car, I had to remind the agent that I was leaving and prompted him to say SOMETHING to close the transaction like thank you or have a nice day . Same issue on the phone with the agent after calling in twice and being on hold. They must realize the type of company they work for. Go with the big boys. There is a reason they are successful.
