AVOID! NEVER go to Covert service! My daughter took her Jeep Wrangler in for oil change and to have the airbag spring recall service. Covert change her oil, but told her to come back in 6 months to complete the recall work. After 6 months passed, she again returned only to be told to come back in 6 months for recall work. I took her Jeep to another dealer who completed the recall work that day and informed me that the oil/filter had not been changed "in quite some time" (it was also a quart low). I personally visited Covert service to let them know, but they were uninterested. Covert Jeep is correctly named since they are not openly acknowledged or displayed customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
