A near perfect experience. We were here 9 nights and the checkin process was quick and smooth. The front desk supervisor checked us in and was very friendly. The room was large and the cleaner we had (Oliver) was fantastic and friendly. The only thing that spoiled this experience was the very last night. We played cards almost every night at the Tapa bar. We always ordered drinks as well. On the last night, while we were playing cards and ordering drinks, a server told us we were not allowed to play cards while they were in service (we were playing uno) even though we ordered drinks. I explained that we had played at least 5 nights of the last 8 and was told it didn t matter even though we ordered drinks. We spent a small fortune here on this trip and it left a sour taste in my mouth. Lots of good experiences happened while we were here. I really wish that wasn t our last impression of the resort.
