Been tethering the house off our mobile phones because internet can t provide the speeds we paid for and won t let us cancel out of our contract.
They even offered to upgrade us, then made us pay for it, I then asked if the upgrade failed to work could we opt out, no response. That was 6 months ago, 6 months later, nothing has changed, can not wait to get out of this contract and move on with a different provider.
