Robert was great. No pressure and very professional. Got the 2014 RX450h. Transaction was a little longer than expected (4hrs total) but we also had a trade in which had to be evaluated and worked out some negotiations so not too bad. All in all a great experience. My wife loves her birthday gift! Thank you South Coast Lexus!
