Only word to describe this consulate: SHAME. Shame about having to leave work at 2:00 p.m. (missing half a day's work) to arrive at the consulate at 3:15 p.m. and say "the service closes at 3:00 p.m.," neither good morning nor good afternoon. Shame of so much dislike, so many unpleasant people who enjoy the face of those who give them work. God does not sleep, and someday you will pay your wickedness.
