Highly recommend, really excellent service.
We were recommended SmartLegal through our mortgage advisor. After doing some research, we decided to go with them for the purchase of our new home.

We were assigned Sabrina as our solicitor and from day one, she was absolutely brilliant. We found Sabrina to be extremely professional and friendly. Any time we had any questions, she was always on the other end of the phone or an e-mail and would always get back to us very quickly. Anytime the solicitors on the vendors end were dragging their heels, Sabrina was always on the case chasing them up. We feel that she really took the stress out of buying a new house, which was great considering we were first time buyers and were not familiar with the process.

It was reassuring to know that all of the paperwork sent over from the vendors-side was closely inspected by Sabrina and if she wasn t happy with something, she would send it right back to them for clarification, whilst aways keeping us in the loop.

Honestly, not one negative I can say about the service. In truth, there are slightly cheaper solicitors out there however I would be cautious of some of these companies.

I had the insightful experience of having friends that were also first time buyers and were buying at the same time as us, only they went with a fairly cheap solicitor and had an awful and very stressful experience. From having to do their own searches, to not receiving any updates or responses from their solicitor for 3 weeks at a time etc...

After hearing of my very positive experience with Sabrina/SmartLegal, my friend actually phoned Sabrina for advice on his purchase as his own solicitor was taking weeks to get back to him. Following the phone call with Sabrina, he immediately said that Sabrina was so professional and he regrets not having gone with SmartLegal instead.

Ultimately you get what you pay for and the price difference is more than worth the assurance and peace of mind that you have the best people on the case.
