I called 4x over the year for a recall repair that I kept getting a notice for. The notice listed this dealership to do the repair. Each time I called I was told that they would call me when the part arrived to schedule an appointment. No one ever called and when I would call again, the lady sounded like she had no idea I called before. I finally got fed up and called the number listed on the notice for GM, they referred me to a Muskegon dealership who scheduled me and just verified the part was in. I was going to purchase the Chevy I am interested in from Preferred in GH this fall but now will take my business to Muskegon.
