Thank you Catherine the assistant Manager and the front desk staff lady at night who were able to honour what was initially promised to me. I believe their booking staff and Ms. Rahaman, Morning manager, should be provided with more training on booking at rate promised to guest on the phone and handling dissatisfied guests. Unfortunately I checked out after the first night even though I had wanted to extend my stay for at least another night and possibly 2 nights.
My 5 star is for the room, location and Ms Catherine s excellent work.
