What a great company to work for! They offer great pay, great benefits, paid training and opportunity to move up within the company, this is truly a place where you get out of it what you put into it. Hawkins is a family company and they treat you like family. If you are willing to work hard and are interested in developing yourself in a trade they will provide you with the resources to accomplish that. One of the great advantages I feel you have working here is the diverse nature of the work we do. With Jobs ranging from paving, bridge, pipe, commercial building and infrastructure work there are many different avenues to pursue. I have been a part of some amazing projects during my 13 years here and look forward to the ones coming!
