1. AC unit did not work for the whole year. I gave up dealing with their WORTHLESS maintenance crew.
2.the original unit(appartment) they showed me got delayed/wasnt ready. I had a job to start so i couldn't wait longer, and they gave me a unit with DIRTY hallways. Looks like someone threwup and dried over time. Its been a Year.
3. They changed to electronic payments. Now i pay extra $20. (Convenience fee) probably convenient for them.
4. I would rather pay extra $$ and live elsewhere if i could have, but i was on a contract.
5. LEASING OFFICE they are somewhat helpful, but they NEED to fix their MAINTENANCE PPL. They SUCK. seriously.
