Hotel is good but they have very bad cancellation ...

Hotel is good but they have very bad cancellation policy. They need to work on policy for corporates customers. One can always emergency changes in business travels. Retention charges is being charged for early checkout. This is not a win win situation . I will suggest to have flexibility in corporate bookings otherwise there will not be reference guest for your hotel. Hotel Radisson have much more flexibility for this and mostly all corporate and business guests prefer Radisson over Ramada.

I think Ramada doesnt not believe in 100% customer satisfaction. Profitability is more priority than customer sarisfaction for them.
