Horrible service from the time I made the appointm...

Horrible service from the time I made the appointment till finish. I called and made an appt and I specifically asked the lady I was making appt with how long she told me no longer then an hour. my appt was at 8am for oil change and rotation. I got there at 750 and was not told they were short handed or anything and i didnt leave till close till 930. What happen to customer service
Then I get car back and its acting up guess I need to go to a different dealership which stupid since Im 5mins away. This isnt first problem with customer service
