Looked like the hotel was not at all ready for the number of guests staying during the Easter period. Check-in was a bit chaotic. Breakfast was very chaotic, with not enough sitting room. Service was not personal.

Dining options in the resort were limited. Closure of one of the main restaurants (Spice) was disappointing.

Overall did not get the Luxury experience that was promised by the CONRAD name and the price tag.

On the positive:
- Kids facilities and activities were great
- Pool and associated facilities were very good
- Room and associated facilities were very good
- Resort location and nearby water activities were very good
- Most staff were good, it just seemed that they were in a bit of a rush
- Departure lounge was a huge plus
