Bought speakers at the end of November 2015, given...

Bought speakers at the end of November 2015, given as a gift to the good saint. After the Saint had left the speakers were connected, and these turned out to be defective. Returned, the set would have been exchanged by the supplier. The new set didn't work either. Then you start doubting yourself, but a set of knowledge did work.
Sent back again, would have been checked and approved. Reconnected with suspicion, but of course it still didn't work.
Then back again to get money back. In the meantime, weeks ago, yesterday we called back, where our money remained. Now, more than 6 months after purchase, the money is finally back!
This company does not start: at least they are not correct!
