Thanks to the girls at the front desk for doing their work beautifully and Sarah for an special welcoming and Jimmy, the concierge for being a gentleman. Couldn't say the same for the bold Spanish man bell boy named Francisco or Angel didn't recall his name. His prepotent and disgraceful manners towards us the last day while waiting for our driver is outrageous, he didn't like that we had our personal driver to get us to the airport and didn't help us with our luggage, incroyable!!! Who he think he is? Expelled this kind of people of the Novotel, he acted and look like a hustler, shame on him, a total gangster and you are responsible for hiring this kind of people, totally unacceptablr from a hotel like yours. And also the breakfast is a shame, bad food in a French hotel, are you kidding me?
