I always call this the "3rd London Cathedral". The tourist guides promote Westminster Abbey and St Paul's Cathedral. Southwark Cathedral is worth a visit. For anyone who has not been to London in some years, London Bridge station is extremely accessible and definitely on the destination map along with Borough Market and Maltby Street / Bermondsey Street.
