The call centre takes forever to answer calls, most times the calls don't go through. On days I tried for 3-4 hrs to get someone to answer a call. When they do you may end up with someone in a poor reception area and you are unable to communicate, or you get transferred leading to being cut off.

I was given a Covid 19 Relief loan by FNB, Direct Axis has not transferred that money to me, and they have continued to deduct my monthly premiums, which the loans is meant for.
They are illegally making me pay for a loan that they never gave me.

They are HORRIBLE to work with.
