Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service and nonexistent communication. Contacted them multiple times to get information about ERC Credit. Finally got a return email from Phillip saying Tara
would contact me. After waiting several days I emailed Tara requesting information. She finally got back to me requesting basic information and sent a link to schedule an appointment. Received confirmation of 8:15am call day before apppointment, email at 6:15am day of appointment with links to review documents to prepare for call, and text from Tara at 7:45am stating she would call in 30 minutes and to please review her email to prepare.
8:42am No phone call, no communication. Sent Tara & Phillip email to please advise.
9:03am No communication. Emailed Tara & Phillip requsting they let me know if we are having a call or not.
9:08am Called Bottom Line Concepts and was connected to Tara's voice mail. Left message requesting return call.
9:12am Received email from Tara saying "must have been a glitch in the system."She didn't have a call scheduled on her calendar for me this morning. Regardless, being I only had three employees this is not a project they are able to take on."
I first contacted these people on March 9, 2023. If they were unwilling to help someone could have said this then. They have wasted two months of my valuable time and couldn't care less. Obviously the words "Customer Service" are things you find in a dictionary and mean nothing to them unless you are a high dollar client. Wouldn't recommend them to work on a dog house.
