The plan to have a New Year's holiday but it actually makes you feel frustrated, hotel management does not anticipate even though it knows there will be many guests. Long queues to check in some have even waited up to 3 hours! House kipping is not added, the rooms are not all ready.
The room that should have been ours was given to someone else. Very bad services!
The receptionist is also slow, oh the wrong place to choose this really kyk'y.
