I was referred by a coworker to get my car serviced here after I wasn't feeling the best about the previous Subaru dealership I was going to. I had an amazing experience. My service advisor, Beth, was awesome. She was super honest with me with recommendations that came back about my car. I didn't feel taken advantage of - and made sure I knew what/why I was being charged what I was. There were no surprised. I will be continuing to come back to Mike Shaw for my Subaru service.
