Don t expect good hospitality.
At check in, they referred us to a public beach restroom 3 blocks away for my 4 year old who had just spent over an hour in the car.
There was no welcome; the lady at check-in was not the least bit pleasant.
The room has clearly had some improvements recently, and was clean, but the bathroom had stains in the grout of the tub.
The location is awesome.
There is no additional lock on the door, such as a chain or latch. It s just a button lock in the doorknob, so a small child could open the door and walk right outside.
We had a large group of family meet us at the beach, and our family members helped us carry our things back from the beach, as they came to our door to say goodbye, we received a phone call telling us that our family members are not allowed to enter our room or use the facilities. I thought this was absolutely absurd. So what if they needed to use our bathroom quickly before the long drive home?
At check-out, no one asked how our stay was.
I would never stay here again.
