Not going to use this firm again since day one nev...

Not going to use this firm again since day one never been able to get hold of my case handler every time I call it goes to voice mail and if I email my case handler I got a auto reply email saying that she not in office I would appreciate it if I could get in touch with my case handler but I have not had no luck with this.
