DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
We purchased a Ford Fusion back in March/April this year. We paid the extra fees for them to take care of the taxes and tags. Because our old tag was still in my mother-n-laws name, we had to get a new tag. When all was said and done, my husband tried to take the old tag so he could turn it in to the DMV. The sales associate insisted we leave it and she would turn it in. Today, August 23rd, my mother-n-law had the cops at her door for failure to turn in the tag and stated her license had been revoked. Turns out, the dealership still had our tag. Now, she will forever have it on her record that her license was revoked. She travels for work so this is a huge problem. She also has to re-apply for her pharmacy license each year, and on that application it asks "Has your license ever been revoked?" From now on, she will have to have proof of why it was revoked and deal with this problem over and over. All day I have been dealing with this problem. I kept calling to be told I would get a call back from the manager. At 4:00, I finally get a call from Todd Grubb. He believes they have done everything they needed to do to fix this. I have wasted a whole days work. My mother-n-law was unable to go to work or drive today. I still have not heard back whether her license has been re-instated or not. I would say, NO, they have not done everything they needed to fix this! On top of this, a day after we pull off the lot, the car starts making horrible popping sounds coming from the wheels/bearings. We call and call and get the run around. They would not fix it. In fact, said to pay them $400+ for them to fix it. We ended up taking it somewhere else to be fixed, and now the other wheel/bearing is making the same noise. Bad business, bad customer service, and unethical. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
