A group of us visited this distillery as the first stop of our day on the Kentucky Bourbon Tour. We enjoyed the facilities and had a great tour guide. However, when we went into the bourbon purchasing room a young arrogant dark haired bearded man sauntered in behind the counter acting like he owned the place. I tried to make light conversation with him asking him if he was picking out one of his favorite bourbons upon which he just turned and walked away. Very poor customer service!

Later while standing in the parking lot deciding where we wanted to go to lunch he walked by with an associate and commented that I was drunk. Again very rude! I do not know many people that get drunk on a couple of sips of whiskey and a couple of ounces of beer. I wonder why this guy works at a distillery if he doesn't like people sampling the product.

This guy needs to be trained in customer service or placed somewhere where he does not come in contact with people.
