Dropped my Toyota Sienna for about $1000 worth of maintenance the night before the maintenance was due. Called four hours after appointment time to find out they hadn't checked the night drop box and hadn't bothered to call for missed appointment. Dealership was unable to complete maintenance after their error offered a nothing no sincerity apologie and to reschedule the maintenance for two days later. Pathetic poor service. Take your vehicle to Canadian Tire or the corner variety store you'll get better service.
