I must say I had an awesome experience working with Victor. By the time I arrived to WCD I had already been to 3 other jewelers and was feeling a bit discouraged thinking I wasn't going to find a diamond within my budget. When I walked into WCD Victor was the first person to greet me and was just very pleasant. Although he didn't have anything to show me when I first got there, I didn't have an appointment, he definitely made it a point to find something for me within days that was also below my budget. I especially liked that. He helped me find the right diamond for my ring and made the process easy and pleasant. I'm in love with my new ring and working with Victor made the whole process that much easier. I would definitely go back. :)
