Probe Collections, are terrible. I have settled debt with Big Four Bank, but Probe continue to send threatening Letters, plus Phone system is hopeless, I had to Ring on 1300 No 4 times before anyone answered, last week, I rang 3 times, and I hung up after 3 mins phone ringing no answer, Poor all round.
