Complete trash.

Complete trash.

For the price we paid for this hotel, my entire family could not have been more disappointed.

The room had a strange rotting smell from the moment we entered. The kettle we were given was stained and dirty from the inside. I had refrigerated medication which got spoiled in their broken refrigerator, which was "fixed" by their electrician, but still got no cooler than room temperature. The staff was extremely rude and unaware of their surroundings and had no attention to detail whatsoever. Every few steps, a staff member would show up and demand we show them our keys to prove we were residents which felt humiliating and patronising.

Our table had no cutlery or tissues or water. When I requested it, the staff told me to go sit down and wait, even though the dining hall was dead empty at this point, apart from us. A lot later, it eventually showed up, but by that time, our food was completely cold, because the plates they use are never warmed in the first place; in fact there isn't even a plate warmer.

I've never had to wait an entire five minutes for an elevator before, but with such few elevators & so many guests, each elevator took forever to show up, was occasionally full, and obviously smelled strongly of body odor since it's hot outside and they're always full.

The gym equipment is absolutely tragic; but that aside, the gym concierge argued with me about how i cannot wear jeans into a gym, which I wasn't, because they were track pants. He eventually apologized and let me in. A little while later, the trainer decided it was a good idea to interrupt my workout to tell me to leave for not wearing the correct attire, which again, I was. Of course, asking a customer to leave for wrong attire is fine if it's for safety, but being loud, violent and disrespectful is not.
