I am always happy with the customer service provided by Jake Horn in the service department at Bob Allen Ford. I able to get in quickly and have a diagnosis and solution communicated with me with a cost estimate in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I am not quite as happy with the rental/loaner car service contracted through Bob Allen and provided by Hertz in the dealership. I have purchased my vehicle at the dealer and even have purchased an extended warranty that covers a 'free' rental during times my vehicle is being serviced. I drive a SUV and on multiple occasions receive a 'compact' that is really resembles a golf cart that isn't even a vehicle the dealer sells as its main business! Last time I was given a Chevy Spark. I am also bombarded by the Hertz rep to purchase extended insurance coverage, which is not necessary as I am a fully covered under my personal insurance. I would appreciate a more comprehensive service from Bob Allen that provides customers with a reasonable courtesy vehicle that is comparable to the customer's.
