At first, I bought a flashpoint xplor on Amazon through Adorama. When I received the package, there was a damage on the Led glass and I returned it for a replacement. The replacement came it and I was excited to see it. I opened the package, charged the battery for almost the entire day and it won t charge or turn on. I sent it back. I called the customer service and I was told that there will be sending me a newer one and it will be a 1 day shipping. 4 aye till now I haven t seen my order. They will sell you a refurbished item and will tell you it s a new one.. very disappointed
