What a drama! Just had dinner with 4 people.

What a drama! Just had dinner with 4 people.
Main course with all of us without cutlery. Dessert menu was offered when main course was yet to come. Plate was already taken away while table companion was still eating. Several times someone passed by with a dish not ordered by us.
Coffee without a spoon. Up to 2x tea without a tea bag. Dessert without ice cream (was only huge slice of apple pie).
A drain from the glass sink was clogged. The water ran through the whole thing. Just managed to save my new coat hanging over the chair. Were in the middle of a mopping session. But nobody had the idea to draw my attention to my coat that was almost hanging in the drape .......
Complained that I was not satisfied and listed the points to the waitress and said I was assuming something would be done about the price -> discount. That I have been there many times and was actually always satisfied. But that this didn't seem like anything.
Did NOT receive a discount and not even an excuse or drink on the house.
Obviously no tipping. AND THEY ARE A CUSTOMER ARMER.
There is still a lot to learn and improve!
