Absolutely excellent service, but probably because...

Absolutely excellent service, but probably because it was very busy.. It took almost 40 min for all the appetizers to appear.. It took an hour for our 6 entrees to show up.. The fried eggs for the rice dishes had gotten old & cold. Could have been so much better..
