The room was dated. Even though the booking was in my wife's name, the TV welcome Mr. Neho. Dinner was absolutely rubbish (my wife had to send her's back to the kitchen). We had to call reception twice, once to book dinner and another time to talk down ice, both times the person on the phone was quite rude. Completely disappointed
